The problem with hair extensions — and why we fixed it
For over a decade, our founder worked as a licensed cosmetologist. Every week, clients would bring in extensions they'd bought online — excited to transform their look — only to discover the hair was unusable. Synthetic blends labeled "Remy." Lengths that were 2 inches shorter than advertised. "Double-drawn" bundles full of short broken strands.
The industry had a transparency problem. Middlemen were buying factory seconds, repackaging them, and selling them at premium prices with misleading labels.
So in 2024, she decided to cut out every middleman. She traveled to the source — the temples of India and the factories of Vietnam — and built direct relationships with the suppliers who process hair the right way. Single donor. Double drawn. Cuticle-aligned. No shortcuts.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return items. Extensions must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, bands, and ties intact. We cannot accept returns on hair that has been brushed, washed, colored, or installed.
How to Return
Email velximo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping address within 24 hours. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different color or length? We will ship your exchange within 2 business days of receiving the return. Exchange shipping is free.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product description or pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. VELXIMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
